MCM requires its own metadata then exports to other formats as needed/setup to.Hey Doug,You seem to be the individual answering everyones issues so I figured I'd talk to you directly. Thanks in advance.I'm having an issue that I believe is similar to this thread.I'm attempting to get theatrical trailers for the media that is missing such. (Which works awesome, FYI) My ONLY issue is that I have a large library and that coupled with the fact I've been an user since 2010, some of the links for trailers within the media's.XML file are no longer valid. Thus those files wont download a local trailer. Is there a batch methodology of dealing with this?
Also for whatever reason the 'prompt' solution allows me to rectify the issue but there are times with utilizing this solution whereby MCM seems to freeze or stall indefinitely. Also, just a heads up. In using the 'missing trailer dowload' prompt, I had close to 2200 jobs in queue, I made it thru 10% and paused so I could start again in the morning, roughly 5 to 6 hours later and everything in the queue simply removed itself one job at a time. Appearing to resume the task but after 3 or so seconds disappearing and then going to the next, and so on and so on.Again thanks. I have not dealt with that many in the queue so it is just a guess.Help- Support Information, Click 'Copy All', 'Yes', 'OK', 'Close' and paste in forumDebug loggingHelp- Debug- Show developer-level debug messagingstable version 2.19 (build ) / August 19th, 2019.
